HOW CAN I SCHEDULE MY CLEANING SERVICE?

Current Clients: Simply send a text to (919) 244-8927 with your preferred dates and we’ll confirm your appointment. It’s that easy!

New Clients: Fill out the Request A Quote form on our website to get started. We’ll contact you promptly to discuss your cleaning needs and provide a free estimate. Once you’re ready to book, scheduling is simple and convenient.

We make it easy for both existing and new customers to get the cleaning service they need with minimal hassle.

WHAT IF I NEED TO ADD SERVICES AFTER CONSULTATION?

Simply send a text to (919) 244-8927 at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute requests (less than 48 hours), we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY CLEANING?

For the best cleaning results, we ask that you tidy up personal items from floors and living spaces prior to our visit. This helps us focus on deep cleaning rather than organizing, and protects your valuables from potential damage.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO INDICATE AREAS TO AVOID DURING CLEANING?

We prefer that you text us at (919)244-8927 before your scheduled cleaning to let us know about any areas to avoid. If you’re unable to text beforehand, please leave a visible note in the kitchen on the countertop.

HOW CAN I CANCEL, AND IS THERE A FEE?

For recurring cleaning appointments, we prefer at least 48 hours notice via text to reschedule or cancel. If you need to discontinue our services completely, you can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties for any type of cancellation. We believe in keeping things simple and flexible for our clients.

WHAT CLEANING PRODUCTS TO YOU USE?

We use whatever cleaning products make you feel most comfortable in your home. If you prefer eco-friendly solutions, have specific brands you love, or want us to use your own products, we’re happy to tailor our approach to your preferences. Our goal is to clean your home exactly the way you want it cleaned, using products that align with your family’s needs and values.
